To claim a task, put your name in parentheses after the task.  To indicate completion, add "DONE:" to the beginning of the line.  Add and modify to reflect the growth of the project!

  • Call or email or message members or potential members you don't know; introduce yourself and ask what they need to participate as fully as they'd like in the community development process
  • Launch moderation / learning-together process for when we feel weird vibes together (Tara. will email proposal early next week to group)
  • Make our online communications processes more accessible (newsletter, information collation, website feedback)
